Prices Effective June 1, 2012.
Weddings
- Princess Bride Package- A full, unrestriced day of photography from Hair and Nails to Toasts and Cakes! Full coverage of your magical day, candid photos of your quiet moments and everything in between. This package includes a disk with custom case including all your final images and print release, a custom designed 8x8 photobook to tell the story of your day, and a 75$ Print Credit! ALSO inlcuded with this package is a 90 Minute Engagement Session at the location of your choice with a disk of all your finished images and print release! I also offer reception coverage, shower coverage and bachelorette party coverage to those purchasing this package at a super special rate! (Message me for details!) A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date. The remaining fee is due by the begining of your special day. $325
- Runaway Bride Package- Looking for something simple? This is the package for you! Up to 3 hours of photo coverage begining 30 minutes before the ceremony. This package will include coverage of the Wedding Ceremony, as well as family photos, bridal party photos, and photos of the Happy Couple afterward. Inlcudes a disk of your finished images and copyright release, a 25$ print credit and a custom 5x7 memory book. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date. The remaining fee is due by the begining of your special day. $125
- *Pretty Panda Photography is always willing to travel. Mileage fees will apply for locations 60 miles outside of Bedford, IN.
Maternity:
- Parenthood Package: This is the ultimate "Begining a family" package. This inlcudes 6 Photo Sessions total! One 90 Minute Maternity Shoot, One Newborn Shoot (within the first month of your child's life), and 4- One Hour Shoots in the first year of your child's life! (3mos, 6mos, 9mos and One Year!) Each Session includes a disk with all your edited images and print release and a 20$ print credit! The newborn session will also include 24 Birth Announcments! The One Year shoot will include 24 Birthday Invites or Thank Yous! A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your first session. The remaining fee is to be paid in 30$ intervals at each of the newborn/1st year sessions! - $300
- You're Havin' My Baby Package- This Package includes up to 2 hours of photography, up to 40 images on a disc with print release and a custom 11x14 collage. Significant others and other children are encouraged to join us! A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining fee is due at the begining of your session! - $75
- Nine Months Package- This is a simple 45 minute session including up to 20 images on a disk with print release and 1 8x10 collage of the photographers choice of images. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining fee is due at the begining of your session! $40
Newborn:
- Look Who's Talking Package- The ultimate in Watch Me Grow photography! Includes up to 13 Sessions!!! From Delivery room coverage to the baby's First Birthday! With this package you have the option for beautiful and descreet delivery room photography, as well as One 45 Minute session per month to watch your baby grow and grow, culmminating in the ultimate 1 Year Birthday Session! (Cake Smashes Welcome!) Each session will include a disc of all your edited images and print release, as well as a beautiful, custom 8x8 Memory Book created after the last session is completed, spanning the course of your child's first year of life! Clients who choose this session will also have the opportunity to have 1st Birthday coverage at a special rate! (Message me for details!) A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking! - $350
- Look Who's Talking, Too! Package- Interested in progressive photographs of your child but once a month seems like a little much? This package is perfect for you! Included with this package are 4- 30 minute sessions (Newborn, 3mos, 6mos and 9mos) and One 1- hr 1 year Session! Each session includes a disk with up to 30 edited images and print release, as well as a 10$ print credit. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your first session. - $250
- The Pacifier Package- 90 Minute Photo Session. Includes all your edited images on a disk with print release and a 15$ Print credit. Unlimited clothing/prop/background changes. My place or yours. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your session. The remaining fee is due the day of your session. 40$
- Hush-a-Bye Baby Package- A quick 30 Minute Session with up to 15 Images on a disk and print release. Studio Session. 10$ fee for travel, if requested. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining fee is due the day of your session. 25$
Families-
- Family Values Package- Up to 3 hours of Photography time! Option for 2 Locations! Includes 5x7 of each couple and/or child, a disk with all your edited images (typically 50-80 total), and 1-11x14 of the group. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your session. The remaining fee is due the day of your session. $70
- Modern Family Package- Includes 90 Minutes of Photography time, 1 location (studio or outdoor), 15$ print credit and up to 25 images on a disk with print release. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your session. The remaining fee is due the day of your session. $40
Children-
- Yours, Mine, and Ours Package- Great for families with lots of kiddos! Includes up to 3 hours of photography time, to allow for breaks, etc.. individual photos of each child, plus multiple group shots. Includes one group 8x10 of your choice and a 5x7 of each child as well as all your edited images on a disc with print release. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your session. The remaining fee is due the day of your session.- $80
- Sweet Child O'Mine Package- Includes 90 Minutes of Photography time, a disc with up to 30 finished images, and 1 8x10 of your choice (custom collage or standard print.) A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your session. The remaining fee is due the day of your session. - $ 40
- Cheaper by the Dozen Package- This package includes 30 Minutes of Photography Time, 1 location, Disc with 12 finished images and Print release, and 2 5x7s of your choice. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your session. The remaining fee is due the day of your session. - $24
Seniors-
- The Graduate Package- No Time Limit, Unlimited Clothing Changes and Locations!! (Travel fees may apply- Message for details) Includes 40 Graduation Open House Invites or Announcements, 40$ Print Credit and all your finished images on a disk with print release!A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your session. The remaining fee is due the day of your session. -$200
- Time of Your Life Package- This includes up to 2 hours of photography time, 2 location option, 2 clothing changes, 20 custom announcements or invites, 1 8x10 of your choice, 2 5x7s of your choice and up to 30 finished images on a disk with print release. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your session. The remaining fee is due the day of your session. - $75
- Beauty School Drop Out Package- Bare Bones Package. 30 Min session, One Location, One outfit, 1 8x10, 1 5x7, 15 finished prints on a disk with print release. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your session. The remaining fee is due the day of your session. $30
Couples- (Includes Engagements, Anniversary, etc..)
- Casablanca Package- Perfect of sweethearts madly in love. Up to 3 hours of photography time, unlimited clothing changes, 3 location possibilities, disk with ALL finished images and print release, and a mini accordian album of your choice of images!A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your session. The remaining fee is due the day of your session. - 75$
- Agaisnt All Odds Package- 1 hour photo session, up to 30 finished images on a disk with print release and 1 8x10 of your choice.A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your session. The remaining fee is due the day of your session.- 30$
- Other Events/OccasionsFor most other events, I will cover them at the rate of 30$/hour with all finished images on a disk. 1 Hour Minimum.
The Fine Print
- Sessions are always rescheduable, except in the case of no-shows.
- Please allow 2-3 Weeks for your images to be provided for you, unless otherwise stated. Especially in case of a holiday.
- "Re-edits" can only be done for a fee of 1.50$ per image. As the photographer, you hire me to edit the photos as I feel they are represented best. I spend a significant amount of time working to make your images perfect. If you wish to change my image, I will respect your wishes, but require a fee for this time, as it's in addition to the time I've already spent on your session. Please understand my reasoning here.
- Additional images may be added to your disk at the rate of $0.50 per image.
- Travel fees may apply for shoots over 60 mi outside of Bedford, IN.
